Open international design competition for an architectural design of the historic and cultural complex in Kaliningrad
On behalf of the Kaliningrad Region Government and with assistance of the Kaliningrad City Administration, the Non-Profit Partnership ”Urban Planning Bureau ”Heart of the City” launches an open international architectural design competition for an architectural design of the Governmental historic and cultural complex on the grounds of the former order castle Königsberg in Kaliningrad (“Post-castle”, 4,5 ha).

YARKYFEST Architecture Festival announced the results of the open international competition for the summer residential unit
The jury headed by renowned Finnish artist and architect Marco Casagrande summed up the results of an open international competition for the summer residential unit. The five best projects will be implemented on the territory of Yarky Hostel & Space in spring – summer 2015 within the frame of YARKYFEST Architecture Festival organized by Project Baltia magazine and Yarky Hostel & Space.
The YARKYFEST Architecture Festival, which was to be held in September-October 2014, by the decision of the customer is set aside till spring-summer 2015. The concept and the format of the festival remain the same. In the nearest time the results of an open international competition for the summer residential unit design will be summed up. The deadline of applying for theatre and architecture workshop curated by Finnish artist and architect Marco Casagrande and stage director from St. Petersburg Maxim Didenko is prolonged till March 2015.
